Create and deliver engaging social content that showcases property developments, community initiatives and placemaking projects for a growing property developer.
  
Our client is a property development company committed to quality, design excellence and placemaking. Their projects focus on creating well-considered developments and vibrant communities, and this role plays a key part in how those stories are told across digital platforms.
  
They are now seeking a creative, organised and community-focused Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. This role is primarily focused on content creation, digital engagement and social media management, while also supporting community engagement, events and broader marketing initiatives.
  
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Development Teams, this is a hands-on role responsible for promoting the company’s developments, community initiatives and events, while maintaining strong visual standards and a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  
Social Media & Content Creation
  • Coordinating, preparing and scheduling timely social content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Creating, managing and maintaining social media content calendars across all platforms
  • Writing engaging captions, calls to action and supporting copy aligned with brand voice and tone
  • Identifying and activating emerging social media trends, sounds and formats relevant to each brand
  • Pitching creative content concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand strategy
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all social media channels and content outputs
Content Production & Campaign Support
  • Coordinating video shoots, content production and external partners as required
  • Supporting the planning and execution of brand photoshoots and content days
  • Managing and organising content libraries, including file naming, asset delivery and archiving
  • Being available on-site for content shoots, campaigns and filming as required
Community Engagement & Events
  • Promoting community events, local initiatives, partnerships and organisation-led activities
  • Researching and tracking relevant community events, cultural moments and trends to inform content planning
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of events, sponsorships and community activations
  • Engaging with buyers and community members and supporting case studies and testimonials
Reporting, Analytics & Collaboration
  • Monitoring comments, messages and mentions and responding in a timely, professional and brand-aligned manner
  • Working closely with Development Teams to ensure social content is timely, accurate and relevant
  • Tracking social media performance using analytics tools and preparing regular reports and insights
  • Staying up to date with social media trends, algorithms, platform updates and best practices
  • Supporting the marketing team with ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital content or publishing
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong visual sensibility
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing high-volume content schedules
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Understanding of graphic design and video content
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content strategy
  • Creative mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
Availability & Travel
  • Being available for weekend and out-of-hours work as required
  • Holding a current driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Comfortable travelling to and from the Hunter Valley for site visits, content shoots and campaigns
You’ll be part of a close-knit property development team shaping how projects, communities and design vision are shared with a broad audience. The content you deliver will be highly visible and play a key role in telling the story of our client across digital platforms, marketing materials and community-facing communications.
