Height Access Estimator

• Established multi-sector and multi-disciplinary remedial and construction firm
• Managing 8-10 people over multiple concurrent projects
• Multi state operation, height access projects on Grade A commercial building

Previous experience with Height Access Estimation is essential

Our client is an established player in the remedial and construction industry who are known for their high quality building practices. They are now seeking a Height Access/Safety Estimator to join their team, responsible for tendering works, producing installation plans, and working collaboratively with other departments within the business.
  
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Business development, identify new opportunities
• Develop and prepare comprehensive bids for potential projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Maintain & improve profitability
• Assist with development of business plans and budgets
• Manage staff and sub-contractors on site
• May be required to assist with tenders or larger project
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and address any concerns regarding estimates and costs.

  
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification or Trade/Industry Experience preferred
• Minimum of 4 years + experience in a similar role
• Superior sales and negotiating skills
• Strong commercial background
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• A Team player, willing to support and assist other Divisional Managers
• You will be organised, highly motivated and have a positive approach and attitude toward your work
